Celebrity Builders seeks to isolate and show visually those architectural details that are truly universal, that define the successful shopping center in any country, in any culture, in any locale. The 120,000 sq. ft. Harlem Plaza, was chosen to be in the heart city of Bridge View, ILL where in its 1st floor is a 65,000 sq. ft. of retail shops, bank, restaurants, and 55,000 sq. ft. of office space in the 2nd floor. Parking is also located in the middle center to serve more of the customer needs and some more parking spaces in the back of the structure to serve the facility during peak hours.

UNIVERSITY TERRACE

UNIVERSITY TERRACE ( San diego, CA. ) This mix-use complex contains 107,000 sq. ft. and is considered the homage to the iconic city of San Diego and serves the need of that part of the city while maintaining a strong identity. The 1st floor has 31,000 sq. ft. for retails, restaurant, culture amenities; the 2nd floor has 28,000 sq. ft. of office space to include 4,000 sq. ft. for the gym, where the top 4-story above the office area totaling 26 luxurious condos with 2 penthouse facing the magnificent city view of San Diego and the Pacific ocean, and the 4 story of subterranean has the parking capacity of 483 to serve the entire facility. The total cost of the project including the tenantÂ’s improvement is US$52,000,000.00

CORONA MEDICAL CENTER ( Corona, CA. ) Our mission is to design and develop ‘a well placeÂ’ in the heart of Corona City that provides both efficiency and comfort as a product of the design – for patients, physicians and staff. Increased efficiency and productivity let doctors see more patients per day to improve daily attitudes and quality of life for all concerned. The 75,000 sq. ft. 3-story medical center has medical offices, clinical area, pharmacy and cafeteria while the 4-story precast parking structure was designed to accommodate 328 cars. The total cost of the project including tenantÂ’s improvement is US$41,000,000.00
